Here are some quick answers to common issues:

  • Download appears stuck: Please close the Download Manager and delete any unfinished (.PART) files if found in the album folder, then resume the download. If the issue persists, try deleting the entire album folder and the downloader will automatically retry.
  • Can't reset password: For Hotmail, Comcast and some '.net' and other e-mail addresses, please add hdtracks.com to the safe list, or spam exceptions in your account settings to receive the reset e-mail. If you still receive no reset e-mail please contact us for a random password assignment.
  • Discount code already used: If you applied the code already but need to modify your order, you must logout and log back in to reset the session to apply the code again (you will have to recreate your cart)
  • Credit card payment: To pay by credit card you must be a registered user and the credit card must have a U.S. based address.
